XMonitor provides real-time monitoring of public X (Twitter) accounts and notification services. We offer:

• Monitoring of public tweets from selected X accounts
• Real-time notifications via Telegram, Discord, Email, or Webhooks
• Dashboard for managing monitored accounts
• Various subscription tiers with different monitoring capabilities

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Our subscription terms include:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
• Price changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice
• Payment processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate X's Terms of Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or service restrictions
• Use the Service for harassment, spam, or abuse
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the Service's security or integrity

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by XMonitor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Tweet delivery timing depends on various factors outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XMonitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason we deem appropriate

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to online services. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
